Job Description
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coaches employees to improve and/or develop new skills and competencies in data integrity, sales, business acumen
- Provides coaching on key sales concepts and monitors sales activities and provides feedback to the inside sales representative.
- Share best practices by using CRM with other sales supervisors and sales representatives across locations/divisions
- Enter sales orders and communicate with dealers.
- Continuously drives sales support efficiencies, process improvements, and forecasting
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Serve as the representative of the work group or team to management as appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A bachelor-level university/college degree is generally required.
- 1-2 Years of experience in relevant sales management
- Experience with data entry
- Hands-on experience in a dental office is preferred
- Strong communication skills: excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills as well as presentation skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Flexible/Adaptable: Have a strong sense of self and can relate well to others; learn quickly and can adapt to changes in timeframes, people, and situations with ease—the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong MS Office Suite skills, Video conferencing, CRM systems

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
