About This Role

Seeking an Inside Sales Representative at Automated Logic. Entry-level inside sales professional with sales performance goals. Completes inside sales support and ensure the discipline’s functions are completed effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data to identify upcoming potential opportunities.

  • Work with the sales team to create accurate estimates, prepare bids, perform site walk-throughs, and conduct field surveys.

  • Collaborate with outside sales and sales management to develop and present sales presentations.

  • Support bid activities including but not limited to; obtaining subcontractor quotes, performing job take offs, and conducting jobsite walkthroughs.

  • Review project specification and control schematics.

  • Provide clear documentation on estimates, proposals, and scope letters.

  • Obtain multiple subcontractor prices.

  • Supporting the efforts of our outside sales team

  • Assisting in the development and organization of sales management tools and initiatives

  • Remove obstacles to the growth of our overall business

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Business, Accounting, or related field.

  • Sales, Building Automation, HVAC, and/or Controls experience or knowledge.

  • Capable of building strong relationships with customers and coworkers.

  • Detailed-oriented, self-motivated, and works to continuously improve.

  • Strong skills in written and oral communication, analysis, organization and time management.

  • Ability to solve basic financial and accounting-related issues.

  • Experience with sales tools and software, such as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and estimating software.

  • Capability to perform in a fast-paced and changing environment.

  • Knowledge of how to present ideas and strategies clearly to diverse audiences, leadership, and decision makers.
