Job Opening: Farmers Market Sales Representative for Kiki Harper Designs

Kiki Harper Designs, a thriving hand-dyed clothing business, is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Farmers Market Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing our brand and selling our unique, hand-dyed clothing at various farmers markets in the area.

Responsibilities:

- Pick up merchandise and farmers market supplies from our studio

- Confirm your set up and organize merchandise at the studio before departing for the market

- Drive to designated farmers markets (Fridays through Sundays, with potential for mid-week shifts)

- Set up and display our booth at the farmers market

- Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service

- Process sales transactions using our point-of-sale system

- Break down the booth at the end of the market and return all goods to the studio

- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback

Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a consistent schedule

- Comfortable with handling money and using a point-of-sale system

- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Passion for hand-dyed clothing and an appreciation for artisanal craftsmanship

Schedule:

- Fridays through Sundays (potential for mid-week shifts)

- Shifts typically last 6 hours, including setup and breakdown time

Compensation:

- Competitive hourly wage
