We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative who is passionate about media, technology, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume prospecting to generate qualified leads through calls, emails, and social media.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and assess their fit for our media monitoring solutions.
- Provide initial product overviews and demonstrations to spark interest and highlight the unique benefits of our SaaS platform.
- Work closely with the sales team to facilitate the handoff of qualified leads, ensuring a smooth transition and a strong start to the sales process.
- Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in our products.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies based on market feedback and sales performance.
- Utilize CRM systems to diligently track interactions with prospective clients and report on lead conversion rates.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the media monitoring industry to enhance your engagement strategies and contribute to team knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or media sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales engagement platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance metrics.
