About the Role:
The Strategic Consortium of Intelligence Professionals (SCIP) is looking for a high-energy, dynamic individual to take on our Business operations functions, and to assist in continuing and building our organization as the world’s global Consortium of Intelligence Thought Leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations requirements. This includes but not limited to:
    • Managing member questions, inquiries, and logistics associated with memberships
    • Managing financial systems with respect to our on-line business transaction systems, ensuring customer interfaces, user experience, and system integrity remains intact.
    • Manage financial transactions around collection and management of member dues, sponsorship costs, and related revenue collection areas.
    • Working with our web portal and other systems personnel to include customer feedback and related communications be fed into further development and improvements in the client experience.
    • Interfacing with Finance and member community on generating purchase orders, managing accounts payable and receivables, and ensuring accounting integrity.
    • Developing metrics associated with member and partner development, financial governance, and operational best practices and revenue attainment.
    • Archiving and managing SICP SharePoints to ensure compliance to audit standards and ensuring records are stored in proper and secure locations.
    • Drive membership and revenue for SCIP operations development on a global basis, by working closely with SCIP Leadership to co-develop business development plans and processes linked to revenue attainment.

  • Acting as main focal point and point person for our global network of Intelligence Centers of Excellence (ICoEs), ensuring the following
    • Assist in identifying and recruiting individuals and organizations towards membership / participation in each regional ICoE.
    • Support ICoE chairperson in logistics, administration, and related pertaining to local ICoE events and activities.
    • Managing recruitment and membership/sponsorship dues collection, processing and financial reconciliation into SCIP’s systems
    • Drive membership and revenue for ICoE development on a global basis, by working closely with ICoE Chairperson to co-develop business development plans and processes

  • Support SCIP IntelliiCon events by working with Marketing, Events, Membership and Sponsorship community on development and support for:
    • Recruitment of member, registrants, and sponsors for event
    • Drive membership and revenue for InitelliCon development on a global basis, by working closely with SCIP team and leadership to co-develop business development plans and processes.
    • Member interface on registration, processing of dues, registrations, and interfacing sponsor representatives on details of participation.
    • Support logistics details and requirements, both before, during and after virtual or physical events (case-by-case).
Required Competencies:
Looking for college hire or 1-2 years experience, must have BA degree or equivalent, focusing on the following areas:
  • Administration
  • Back Office
  • Client-facing
  • Accounting
  • Fluency in full Microsoft array of products (Powerpoint, word, excel, Teams, Outlook) including Acrobat.

Individual must be extremely organized, dynamic, anxioius to learn and easy to work with. Ultimate Team Player mindset. Flexible schedule but focused on objectives attainment within allotted time schedules. Minimal travel
