Our client located in McHenry, IL is seeking a Customer Service Representative.In this position, you will take consumer based calls and trouble shoot products.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- 1+ years in a Customer Service role where metrics are measured
- Multi-tasking skills
- Experience troubleshooting equipment issues over the phone with customers
- Great phone presence and be customer service oriented
Pay: $18/hour
Hours: M-F | 8:30 am-5:00pm
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer issues by phone through troubleshooting
- Promptly and accurately handle phone calls
- Data entry
- Investigate status inquiries
