Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to close sales
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment
- Analyze sales data and trends to develop strategies for increasing sales and market share
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
-Attend conferences, networking events, and workshops
-Create a database of leads to sell our corporate trainings and individual trainings with our CEO, and high-level executives
-Cold calling and face-to-face selling
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role or inside sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred but not required (written and verbal communication)
- Excellent account management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
