About Us:
918 Prints is a dynamic and fast-growing full-service print, promotional, and sign business committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and drive our sales efforts to the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize ZoomInfo and other tools to source and qualify leads with high intent to purchase our products and services.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, leveraging ZoomInfo's data insights to prioritize prospects and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet them.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to maximize revenue.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement strategies for customer re-engagement and retention to foster long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales collateral and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least [X] years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the printing or advertising industry.
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo or similar lead generation tools, with the ability to effectively leverage data insights to drive sales outcomes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for driving business growth.

  • Monthly/Quarterly Sales Revenue Targets
  • Number of Qualified Leads Generated (via ZoomInfo or other sources)
  • Conversion Rate from Lead to Customer
  • Average Deal Size
  • Customer Satisfaction Ratings
  • Customer Retention Rate

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $39,233.28 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
