Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities, focusing on outside sales and market expansion. Experience in technology sales, account management, and proficiency in are highly desirable.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in technology or related industries
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required
