Job Description

Gentrifi GPS is looking for ambitious Sales Development Representatives for our fast-growing company based in Allen, Texas. We are seeking people with a positive attitude who are hungry to learn and succeed.

Within our sales organization, you will find innovation, recognition and support. Our program provides you with the training and tools you need to cultivate new business relationships and work existing accounts. You have all the training and tools you need to be successful through our training and leadership program.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will make outbound calls, identify new business opportunities, set appointments, and assist closing business with our Inside Sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new prospects / Implement a cold-calling strategy
  • Make 50+ outbound calls per day
  • Identify opportunities from prospect conversations
  • Identify prospect needs and requirements and align appropriate solution
  • Prioritize tasks and manage potential opportunities
  • Accept inbound calls from interested prospects and set an appointment with our Inside Sales team

Required Qualifications:

  • Most important is your personality, your work ethic, and your desire to succeed
  • Proven problem solving and communication skills are required
  • Fast paced, self starter that is motivated and can handle constructive criticism
  • Desire a solid career path in a technology sales company
  • Cold calling experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • 1 year fast paced work environment experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Quota-driven sales experience
  • Technical background is a big plus
  • Bilingual

You decide how much you will earn at Gentrifi GPS. The higher the call volume and the more motivated you are, the higher the commission checks will be! Uncapped commission allows you to control your earnings!

Pay: From $48,500.00 per year
