Job Description

Bargain Carts, a premier retailer in the golf cart industry, is seeking a highly motivated Salesperson to join our team. This role is ideal for a dynamic and driven individual who excels in both independent and team environments. You will be responsible for actively seeking out external customers to expand our sales beyond walk-in traffic, while also catering to those who visit our store.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle walk-in customers, providing top-notch service and detailed product information to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract external customers, including outreach to local businesses, golf clubs, and community organizations.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships and drive sales.
  • Provide expert knowledge on our range of golf carts and accessories.
  • Participate in local and regional events to promote our products and build professional networks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the golf cart industry or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to self-motivate with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and maintaining detailed customer records.
  • Strong computer skills

Benefits:

  • Base salary with attractive commission opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

  • Commission pay

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
