Modern Family Law, a boutique law firm which specializes in Family Law, is looking for a compassionate, innovative, and respected Sales Operations and Training Specialist to work with our Firm’s Sales and Marketing Teams. The Sales Operations and Training Support Specialist will be instrumental in enhancing our client acquisition strategies by supporting sales operations, reporting, and the development of attorney-focused training programs. This individual will help support the Sales Manager by focusing on helping create a scalable, sustainable sales process that aligns with the firm's goals, supporting attorney growth across multiple states while balancing client-centered practices.
Core Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Sales Training Program Support and Development
Training Content Creation: Collaborate in developing and updating training materials for attorneys, with a focus on client conversion and compassionate and consultative sales techniques.
Role-Playing and Mock Sessions: Assist in coordinating and leading role-playing exercises and mock sessions to prepare attorneys for real client interactions.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and track attorney performance post-training to identify areas for additional coaching and improvement.
Data Reporting and Analysis
KPI Tracking: Assist in gathering and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, lead-to-hire ratios, and sales outcomes. Provide regular performance reports to the Sales Manager.
Trend Analysis: Identify trends in client acquisition data to inform adjustments to sales strategies and training efforts.
CRM Management: Maintain the integrity of client and sales data within our CRM, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Sales Process Optimization
Sales Workflow Documentation: Work with the Sales Manager to document sales workflows, ensuring processes are streamlined, repeatable, and easy to follow.
Best Practices Development: Help create, document, and refine best practices for the attorney sales process, making them accessible and actionable for all team members.
Tool Implementation and Training: Identify tools or software that enhance productivity; train team members on effective use.
Communication and Coordination
Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up: Coordinate meeting agendas, gather relevant materials, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items to ensure continuity.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on messaging, assist in the development of sales materials, and ensure that all client outreach is consistent with the firm's brand and values.
Feedback Loops: Establish feedback channels with attorneys and the Sales Manager to gather input on training programs and adapt content accordingly.
Position Requirements
As our culture is remote-first, all employees are expected to have the capability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and to set up a workstation that supports productive work during normal business hours.
High School Diploma or its equivalent with three to five years of experience in a sales, sales support, sales operations, or training role; background in professional services or client-facing roles is beneficial to any applicant’s background
High level knowledge and experience working with the Microsoft Suite of products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Adobe; CRM Systems, such as Salesforce, project management tools; and Zoom Conferencing Technology.

Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy Mindset: Comfortable with new technology tools and eager to streamline and optimize processes.
Position also requires the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
Able to sit for extended periods of time at a desk while typing, using a mouse, and looking at a computer screen.
Ability to work evenings and weekends as necessary to handle routine or emergent issues.
Able to communicate verbally and in writing using a telephone, text messaging, or emails.
Ability to stand, sit, bend over, and lift items from the ground exceeding 10lbs to a height from between one’s waist to eye level.

Compensation Range: $55,000 - $70,000
This range is a reasonably reliable estimate of the base salary that this individual is expected receive. The base salary does not include potential incentive bonuses for achieving performance requirements. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
Additional voluntary programs include voluntary accident insurance, voluntary life, voluntary disability, voluntary long-term care, voluntary critical illness and cancer insurance and pet insurance. Commuter and Transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
