Elite Ventures based in Syracuse, NY but this position will be prospecting the Upstate, NY area.

Job Summary

As a Business Account Executive at Elite Ventures an AT&T Preferred Dealer, you’ll work at the intersection of people and technology. You’ll serve as a lead generator, uncovering your own leads through daily cold calling and emailing. Your ability to drive sales and maintain a self-starter mindset will allow you to grow your book of business as you uncover additional sales opportunities. You’ll partner with clients to uncover their needs, deliver custom solutions that support their business needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Selling AT&T business products including AT&T Fiber in fiber markets through cold calling and field prospecting.
  • Prospect and qualify leads within an assigned area via networking, phone, email, site visits and other lead-generating activities.
  • Developing and owning relationships with business owners and authorized business contacts.
  • Conduct account reviews to generate new business from new and/or existing customers.
  • Driving new sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed book of business.

Compensation & Benefits

  • 1099 Position (Independent Contractor) w/ Flexible Schedule
  • Competitive commission split and uncapped commissions.(Ex: 5 Fiber Deals, and 15 Voice Activations = $4,500 commissions)

Experience

  • 1-3 years of outside sales and/or B2B sales experience
  • Outside telecommunications sales experience
  • Fiber or broadband experience and knowledge preferred.
  • Efficient in sales funnel management; previous experience in CRM systems

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to stand or walk for prolonged periods throughout the day.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Reliable vehicle per transportation needs of the market.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $48,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
