Job Description

We are seeking to hire a Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our company and Telecommunication clients as we provide telecommunication wireless and internet services to customers. The Customer Service and Sales Representative will be involved in engaging with customers regularly and the primary duties will be to identify customers’ needs, train on product and service knowledge to present to customers and ensure they have a positive experience all around.

We are seeking a highly driven, self-motivated, and dynamic Customer Service and Sales Representative who excels in a fast-paced environment. This individual will play a key role in supporting our telecommunications partnerships by closing deals and consistently exceeding projected sales targets.

Customer Service and Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers on products and services offered by our clients to bring awareness to them on providers available to them
  • Engage with customers to ensure superior customer service and satisfaction when signing up for services
  • Be the customers main point of contact when processing their sales order and answering any questions or concerns they may
  • Work within a diverse team setting and individually to increase skills set from all employees within the company
  • Stay up to date on the latest and greatest technology services and promotions offered in the area
  • Keep an open line of communication with customers to create longevity and standing relationships that hold value to both the company and the clients

Customer Service and Sales Representative Qualifications:

  • Previous exposure to working with customers in a front facing role, over the phone and/or in person sales experience is a bonus
  • Capability of prioritize tasks and time management
  • Ability to influence customers based on facts on products and services offered by our clients
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal for service presentations to customers and feedback to the company on sales performance
  • Extremely reliable and dependable to work in any environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per week

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Work Location: In person
