We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to drive new business growth and manage key accounts across the United States.
Role Overview:
The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in generating high-margin revenue by identifying and closing new business opportunities, while also managing and expanding relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong ability to build relationships, and an aptitude for selling technology-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through a mix of cold calling, lead generation, and networking.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads from multiple sources, including events and direct outreach, and schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Client Presentations: Develop and present customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each prospect, demonstrating the value of ImageStoreHouse’s document management products and services.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression through each stage of the sales process.
- Sales Reporting: Record and track client interactions, lead statuses, and sales activities using ACT CRM, and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Account Management: Develop strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction post-sale.
- Collaborative Selling: Work closely with project and operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff and successful implementation of solutions.
- Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by closing deals that drive profitable growth for the company.
- Customer Retention: Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients to foster loyalty and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Key Qualifications:
- Sales Expertise: Proven success in generating new business through cold calling and lead generation, with a focus on technology-based solutions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
- Relationship Building: Skilled at establishing, nurturing, and growing client relationships over time.
- Pipeline Management: Strong ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Solution Selling: Experience selling technology solutions, with the ability to position products as high-value, high-margin solutions.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with local markets and contacts; experience with document management solutions is a plus.
- Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of ACT CRM and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
