Luno Customer Acquisitions is a marketing and sales consulting firm in Des Moines. We recently opened in this market and are looking to grow rapidly to meet our clients needs. This is an IN PERSON role and NOT REMOTE.

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing or business, labor or restaurant or hospitality
  • Degree Not Required - if you have a degree that’s a plus, but comparable work experience is acceptable.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, merchandising, or retail is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Must love pets

Responsibilities:

  • Progressively manage and maintain contacts with customers
  • Source new business through prospecting new customers
  • Have one-on-one interactions with customers and give presentations
  • Identify and classify sales opportunities
  • Participate in training sessions, conference calls, and sales meetings
  • Consult face-to-face with local and prospective clients within an account territory
  • Learn how to understand customer needs and assist with product enquiries, to ensure their purchase order gets processed
  • Sales and marketing presentations in person
  • Face to face sales consultations
  • In person customer service and sales
  • Territory management and data entry into CRM software
  • Product demonstrations
  • Training and development of new executives

For the Entry Level Account Executive position, we do provide all the necessary training that you will need. We want to hire someone that has either experience in a managerial role or feels as though they would excel in such a position. With specializing in areas of customer service, client retention, customer acquisition, as well as marketing and sales consulting, we are looking for someone who is confident in their abilities to communicate with others face-to-face and create relationships with customers, for client retention purposes.

At Luno, we represent one of the largest telecommunication companies in the world. This position involves face-to-face sales for services that we introduce to new customers. It is important for our team to incorporate professionalism when providing customer service, to ensure we are able to build and maintain quality customer relationships with the clients we attract.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Experience level:

  • Under 1 year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus opportunities

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 25% travel

Ability to Commute:

  • Alhambra, CA (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Alhambra, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
