We are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to focus on EverConnect inclusive of our lead generation and full marketing agency services solutions. At EverConnect, we focus on Home, Health and Wellness verticals with solutions designed to aid entrepreneurs in representing their business. Our solutions offer a customer full-service marketing support as their business grows.
As the Sales Enablement Specialist at EverConnect, you will play a crucial role in empowering our sales team to succeed in delivering high-quality, tailored marketing solutions to clients. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will develop and implement strategies, resources, and training programs that enhance sales effectiveness, specifically in digital marketing services, including lead generation, SEO, and paid media.
Responsibilities:
- Training & Development: Design and lead comprehensive training sessions for the sales team, covering EverConnect’s digital marketing products, sales methodologies, and lead generation strategies to drive consistent growth.
- Sales Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce and refine sales content, including product guides, case studies, competitive analyses, and presentation materials, to support effective client interactions.
- Sales Process Optimization: Assess sales processes and tools, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.
- Analytics & Reporting: Leverage CRM and sales data to provide actionable insights, track sales performance, and develop targeted enablement strategies to improve close rates and customer acquisition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, campaign goals, and product updates.
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States, with access to our Denver, CO office if you are located in Colorado – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The base compensation for this position is $80,000 to $120,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
