Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team and play a key role in managing and growing our wholesale client relationships. This individual will be responsible for managing accounts, nurturing customer relationships, upselling, and supporting our clients’ needs to maximize sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will enjoy traveling to apparel trade shows, generating leads through outbound sales calls, and meeting sales goals while promoting our product line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Oversee existing wholesale accounts, regularly checking in with clients to ensure satisfaction, manage orders, and provide tailored recommendations.
- Order Follow-up: Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and handle any order-related inquiries, adjustments, or issues with efficiency and accuracy.
- Upselling & Product Promotion: Proactively suggest new styles, upsell current collections, and introduce special offerings that align with client needs and trends.
- Outbound Sales: Conduct sales outreach to prospect and acquire new boutique accounts, establishing a strong presence within the women’s apparel industry.
- Trade Show Representation: Represent the brand at the wholesale apparel trade shows, connecting with current and potential clients, showcasing our latest collections, and strengthening brand visibility.
- Client Needs Fulfillment: Actively listen to client needs and recommend product solutions that cater to their customer base, building trust and rapport through exceptional service.
- Sales Goals & Performance: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, using your knowledge of the market and client preferences to drive consistent growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in women’s apparel or related industries
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, retail operations, and customer relationship management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with outbound sales and prospecting
- Availability for travel to trade shows and in-person client meetings
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
