CS Manufacturing based out of Cedar Springs Michigan is opening a manufacturing facility in Grandview, MO in early 2020. Founded in 1986, CS Manufacturing is a full-service injection molder offering total program management capabilities. The newly renovated 50,000 square foot manufacturing facility has been designed to provide a world class work environment that features 7 highly automated 200-1000 ton presses, flexible work centers, and warehousing space to service its customers.

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Plant Manager this position is responsible for the coordination of department efforts to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency in meeting daily production and quality goals.

Responsibilities:

Plan and manage the day to day allocation of resources; people, materials, equipment, and systems to efficiently achieve performance goals
Create and maintain a safe and positive work environment
Mentor, motivate and develop team members
Understand and facilitate the internal and external regulations, procedures and policies
Regulate the production of high-quality products, housekeeping and safety standards
Ensure the development and implementation of action plans to address root causes of failures and support continuous improvement initiatives
Utilize and model our beliefs in the execution of daily work activities and decision making
Inspect all materials and equipment to defect malfunctions
