As a Team Administrator, you can expect to perform the following:
- Processing all form of tax returns (including but not limited to complex filings involving international tax, high net worth individuals, and corporations) using Ultra Tax and Practice CS and Doc-it software.
- Billing clients
- E-Filing Returns
- Producing reports and keeping data up to date
- Communicating with clients and providing excellent customer service
Education and competencies required for the position as follows:
- Technologically savvy
- Ability to adapt/learn new software quickly
- Very detail-oriented
- Previous CPA firm experience a plus
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Associate’s Degree preferred
Additional competencies desired:
Computer skills:
- Experience with Ultra Tax, of Pro Systems, QuickBooks, or Practice CS a plus
- Excel proficiency
