Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective customer engagement and relationship management. This role involves inside sales, requiring a proactive approach to lead generation, account management, and business development. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and online research.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Track sales activities and report on performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
  • Strong skills in account management and territory sales with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Experience in lead generation and sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A passion for technology sales or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $400.00 - $2,000.00 per week
