Must currently possess or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty License
With base salary + commissions, the year-end range would be $60,000 - $70,000
Salary: $45000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales goals established by management
- Develop strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Provide quotes, review coverage options, and assist customers in selecting the best policy for their needs
- Handle customer inquiries and objections by advising and educating them.
- Obtain new business through referrals, networking, warm leads, and any other sources provided.
Requirements
- Must currently possess or be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty License
- Sales experience is a PLUS!
- Bilingual is a bonus.
- Basic computer software knowledge
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Professional office and phone etiquette
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
