Overview
Seeking an enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team!
You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to be flexible, analyze customer needs, and upsell products.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, text, and email in a timely manner.
- Product familiarization and upselling products that meet customers' needs
- Administrative tasks to support business operations
Requirements:
- ***** MUST BE FLUENT IN MANDARIN OR ARABIC *****
- 1-2 years in Customer service
- 2-3 years in Sales (preferably in Canada)
- Technologically proficient (familiar with MS Office)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English- written and verbal
- Proficiency in Arabic, Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
