Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, closing sales deals, order entry and generating detailed sales quotes. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through excellent customer service
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate new leads and expand customer base
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with customers by generating quotes
- Update customer information in the Salesforce CRM system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
Requirements:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with industrial sales is a plus
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
