They provide fast, friendly, and accurate service for customers with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, strong communication skills, attentive listening, and problem-solving skills. They may perform various duties depending on business needs, so flexibilty and teamwork skills are important. No experience? No problem. We will teach you!
Job Functions:
General customer service duties including, but not limited to, warmly greeting customers, helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
Be knowledgeable about TVC products and services to be an in-depth resource to our customers.
Actively listen to customer needs and recommend suitable TVC products and/or solutions
Maintain a clean and organized sales area, contributing to a positive store environment.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop your sales skills and product knowledge.
Be eager to acquire new knowledge and embrace opportunities for growth and development.
