Job Description

ProShop is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our team and take the sales world by storm! If you have a passion for building client relationships, exceeding targets, and closing deals, this job is for you. With our innovative product and supportive team by your side, you’ll be unstoppable.

As an Account Executive, you will build up our business activities at ProShop. Your responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining client satisfaction. You will reach out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams

Requirements

- Must be based in the United States or Canada
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a relevant role (1-2 years)
- Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM software, particularly HubSpot
- Strong grasp of marketing, sales strategies, and negotiation techniques
- Experience with ACV (Annual Contract Value) sales and understanding of sales pipeline management
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC methodology for effective qualification and sales process
- Quick learner with and passion for sales and problem-solving
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Experience and knowledge of ERP, MES, and MRP software systems
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable

Salary Range: This compensation range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to geographic locations, job family, job-related skills, experience and relevant training or education, business and organizational needs.

US: $140K - $160K USD (includes base and commission)

Canada: $140K - $160K CAD (includes base and commission)
