RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Responsible for managing and developing team.
- Must be professional in recruitment and hiring
- Set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs
- Develop strategic plans to achieve targeted sales volume and market share.
- Must able to give training to entire team
- Monitor and Improve sales representative's KPIs
- Analyzing sales KPIs and taking corrective actions.
- Sales manager must motivate their teams to generate leads, build client relationships,
- Responsible for long-term & sustainable business goals
- Educate customers on the best promotional plans for their home services
- Supporting company's marketing campaigns
Skills:
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire, coach, and mentor a diverse team.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
- Analytical prowess with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize performance
