Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- High sense of urgency
- Excellent time management
- Working with more than 15 requisitions at a time for dispatcher and clerk positions
- Someone who like a challenge when it comes to recruitment, some roles are not
Experience/requirements for role:
- Preference is for someone who comes from Transportation or Logistics
- Someone who has worked in an agency setting is fine as well
- Minimum 2 years of TA/Recruitment exp full cycle
- They will be recruiting high volume
- Roles will typically be for drivers/dispatcher/billing clerks etc.
- position is very busy so person needs to be organized and used to working in fast paced environments
- Person must be comfortable working in a high demand role.
- Need to have sense of urgency know what roles to work on, what clients to get back to first
- Will be working with new clients and new business so must have excellent communication in both French and English
