Pura is seeking an experienced campaign manager to join our team. This role will be a critical member of the revenue organization as they analyze marketing and sales campaigns. The campaign manager will be responsible for the post-analysis of campaigns, building out reports for leadership, and working closely with the Director of Revenue Operations to gain insights to inform upcoming and new marketing and sales initiatives. This analyst is expected to collaborate with various departments, articulate data clearly, and report holistically across the revenue organization.
Responsibilities:
- Gather data from various sources and departments to build out in-depth analysis of marketing and sales campaigns dictated by the marketing and sales calendars
- Deliver performance summary and business insights to senior leaders clearly and effectively
- Work with sales and marketing to create targets for campaigns and be able to analyze promotions for financial impact
- Keep reports up to date and be the historical of promotions and campaigns
- Work with the analytics team to standardize important dashboards in DOMO
- Support the cadence of the business: annual planning, weekly campaign and promo planning
- Partner with Marketing Operations to continuously enhance marketing campaign performance
- Partner with sales to continuously improve promotions
Required Skills
- 4+ years experience in an analytics role, preferably within marketing and sales
- Strong in Microsoft Excel
- DOMO knowledge preferred
- Knowledge of marketing channels and Google Analytics
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner cross-functionally
