Fantastic opportunity to join our fun and thriving team in a high-earning position. We are an expanding pharmaceutical distributor with a great culture and tremendous growth-outlook. Since 1993, we have distributed pharmaceuticals and medical supplies to hospitals, surgery centers, wholesalers, and other types of medical facilities throughout the country. At the end of 2023, we moved our HQ into a new building, which is about triple the size of our last and will capacitate further company growth. At this time, we are expanding our sales force.
If selected for this position, your job would be to establish relationships with decision makers and continually negotiate the sale of our products. Developing lasting rapport with customers is our primary focus. Aggressive initial canvassing is required: 80-100+ phone calls per day while following up to the max. As accounts are developed, transacting, profit-optimization, and addressing the needs of the customer become the more significant uses of time. This is 99% inside sales with rare face-to-face.
We are looking for top-notch applicants to take advantage of this prime opportunity. You must be well-spoken, well-written, clever, driven, focused, and personable. No pharmaceutical experience is required. We will provide the necessary industry-related training.
Duties:
· Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
· Qualify leads and identify customer needs and requirements
· Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
· Understand and demonstrate the product and service to the customer
· Meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
· Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates
· Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
· Use CRM to manage customer interactions, track progress, and update customer information
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
· Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales and achieve revenue targets
· Stay updated on market trends and developments to effectively market our products
Requirements:

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
