PCM Services is a commercial contractor in Beltsville, MD, which performs work across the DC/Baltimore metro areas and is seeking a motivated, results-driven Account Executive to join our Sales team.
Overview
The Account Executive position is a hybrid role, you will spend approximately 40% of your time at our Beltsville, MD headquarters, and 60% in the field or working remotely. The ideal candidate is comfortable prospecting new customers, managing a portfolio of client relationships, and actively engaging with both existing and potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement established sales strategies, using the phone, email, events, and networking to target potential customers.
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize sales leads in the commercial property management and construction industries.
- Use tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, and Costar to manage the sales pipeline and track performance.
- Sell PCM’s diverse portfolio of services, building a comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Establish long-term relationships with property managers, contractors, and decision-makers in commercial real estate.
- Actively attend meetings, site visits, and networking events to connect with prospective clients and deepen existing relationships.
- Continuously meet or exceed established sales revenue goals.
- Maintain a strong commitment to client satisfaction and exceeding expectations, helping ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
- Participate in company networking events, trade shows, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, preferably within property management or construction services.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of or experience in services related to asphalt, concrete, electric, paint, landscaping, snow removal, power washing, and restoration is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
