We are looking for
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an independent candidate with strong B2B sales experience across the state. The candidate is responsible for developing and managing retailer accounts(such as Costco, Target, Bestbuy, etc), prospecting and closing new business opportunities, managing sales towards these retailers. The candidate should have a good understanding of Motorola's product portfolio and have strong negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
Execute a strategy to maximize both revenue growth and profitability along with discovering new business opportunities.
Meet assigned sales targets.
Analyze competitors and develop sales plans against them.
Ability to quickly learn new key characteristics of products/solutions and communicate the value of those solutions to employees and customers.
Relationship / Account Management ability to develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships with both potential and current clients.
Maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory.
Requirements:
A strong retailer network in either one of 3C, beauty, and care & home appliances will have a plus.
2+ years’ experience in b2b sales in the retail industry (has to relate to the industries mentioned above).
Previous law enforcement/public safety experience a plus
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Possess the ability to communicate product features and benefits.
Solid experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Access.
Understanding of IT sales to Commercial accounts, Motorola portfolio, competitive landscape, and customer procurement processes.
Working Conditions
The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions.
Travel Requirements:
Must have the ability to travel as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Salary: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
