Position Overview: The Inside Sales Representative is a key position for creating and maintaining customer relationships while managing profitable growth. This individual will be responsible for researching and developing new business opportunities, cold calling potential customers, and providing excellent customer service. The Inside Sales Representative will need to be organized, efficient, and have a track record of achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and develop new customer relationships through cold calling, email, and other sales channels.
• Generate and review customer quotes and orders, and ensure accuracy of pricing and product information.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting customer issues, and providing timely, accurate, and professional customer service.
• Develop and present sales presentations which demonstrate product solutions and features.
• Promote new product offerings and services to potential customers.
• Manage existing sales accounts and develop strategies to increase sales and profits.
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer data, sales activities, and other key metrics.
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, industry events, and tradeshows.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of inside sales or customer service experience.
• Experience working with B2B sales and customer service.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, and prioritize workload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of sales methodology and cold calling techniques..
