What are we looking for?

We're in search of a dynamic Director of Partner Operations to drive business results for the Partnerships function by leading execution on key strategic objectives, as well as directly driving activity via our channel partners, including hardware, Design & Build, and consultants.

Responsibilities:

Formulate Partner Strategy & Support Execution

  • Collaborate with EVP of Partnerships, as well as Product leadership, to define business objectives and strategic priorities
  • Transform strategic goals into detailed operational action plans
  • Design and lead the partner operations process end-to-end, including defining workstreams, detailed project tracking, team enablement and training, and reporting key success metrics
  • Work cross-functionally with the Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, Professional Services, and Finance teams to ensure success throughout a partner's lifecycle

Develop New Partner Channels

  • Evaluate and execute new growth strategies for the partnerships function
  • Examples of new channels to explore include Design & Build firms, banking industry consulting firms, and hardware manufacturers

Performance Management: Create Reporting & Visibility

  • Own partnerships KPI reporting and monitoring
  • In collaboration with Revenue Operations, manage and oversee Partner pipeline/referrals throughout the sales cycle (direct and indirect) via Salesforce
  • Work with EVP of Partnerships, CFO, and Director, FP&A to develop forecasting tools and key metrics reporting. Ensure that Partner team provides timely and quality inputs
  • Create visibility for the Kinective executive team and the Board of Directors regarding partnership initiatives and performance
  • Manage Partner team variable compensation plans in collaboration with Finance & Accounting

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of work experience in strategy, operations, management consulting or another related field
  • Analytical mindset with experience creating strategic and operations plans that have delivered a measurable impact
  • Aptitude for building relationships and driving cross-functional initiatives forward with speed and efficiency
  • Ability to think strategically while also being able to roll up one's sleeves to dig into day-to-day operations
  • A bias for action; passion for transforming strategy into a concrete action plan and results
  • Deep Excel, Salesforce, and data analysis experience
  • Understanding of pipeline management and forecasting, sales processes and tools, and reporting
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
