Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is an in-store position that requires a dedicated individual with intellectual curiosity, a passion for our business, and a constant drive for improvement. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to adapt to any situation and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to achieving outstanding sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize industry-specific knowledge in at least one of the following categories: Industrial MRO, Safety, or Fasteners to effectively engage with customers.
- Strive for the pinnacle of sales performance, whether with existing customers or new customers, by showcasing our company's capabilities.
- Take initiative and demonstrate self-regulation as this role requires wearing multiple hats and contributing to the growth and development of the branch.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial MRO, Safety Supply, or Fastener Supply is an asset.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service for at least 3 years.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Schedule:
- Full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule.
