New Look Vision Group Inc (NLVG) is a leading distributor of vision care products and services in Eastern Canada.
In order to pursue the company's growth, supported by excellence objectives, we are looking for an outside sales professional to join our team in the LookSecure division as Outside Sales Representative for the Island of Montreal. LookSecure is a startup that became part of the Vision New Look Group in 2020. It specializes in eye protection solutions. LookSecure's expertise draws on the strength of one of Canada's largest networks of opticians and optometrists. The lenses are manufactured in Montreal in the Groupe Vision New Look laboratory, with a local workforce.

JOB SUMMARY
The position is responsible for planning, supervising and directing projects from conception to delivery.

RESPONSIBILITY
- Apply established sales strategies to identify and analyze sales opportunities
- Promote products and services: prescription safety eyewear
- Establish, renew and negotiate product and service contracts with customers
- Plan meetings, including cold calls, which will allow for a schedule split between preparation time and customer meetings
- Analyze sales efforts and monthly results to derive strategic action plans
- Meet the sales effort requirements of the position; e.g., 80% of time invested in prospecting and canvassing territories, meticulous follow-up of prospect files according to established scales, mandatory weekly team meeting

QUALIFICATIONS
- More than 3 years' B-to-B sales experience in a prospecting sales position University and/or college degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in optics and/or industrial sales (an asset)
- Experience in managing major accounts and a large territory
- Valid driver's license and vehicle
- Knowledge of CRM software (an asset)
- Good command of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, in both French and English
