Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of OneApp. by generating and qualifying leads for our Account Executives. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, showcasing the value of our solutions and creating opportunities for business expansion.
This role offers a competitive base salary with options for commissions on closed sales, allowing you to share in the success you help create.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential customers that align with OneApp.Today’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and CRM platforms to build a robust pipeline of leads.
- Outreach & Engagement:
- Conduct high-volume outbound communication (emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages) to engage prospects.
- Personalize outreach to address customer pain points and highlight the value of OneApp.Today.
- Qualify Leads:
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' needs and challenges.
- Assess lead quality and pass qualified leads to Account Executives.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing to align on campaign messaging and lead-generation strategies.
- Partner with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and provide context for effective follow-ups.
- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM.
- Track KPIs such as response rates, meeting bookings, and lead conversion rates.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on OneApp.Today’s offerings and industry trends.
- Provide feedback to improve outreach strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 1–2 years in a sales or lead-generation role, preferably in SaaS, B2B or tech.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead-generation platforms.
- Mindset:
- Self-starter with a positive, results-oriented attitude.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about customers and their industries.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
