Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within assigned territories.
- Identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct direct sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing product features and benefits.
- Manage territory sales activities, ensuring effective coverage and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and develop promotional strategies.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing client inquiries.
- Track sales metrics and prepare reports on performance against targets.
- Upsell additional products or services based on client needs and preferences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in territory management or technical sales roles.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively manage relationships.
- Demonstrated success in upselling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is advantageous.
