Nua Office a contract furniture distributor in Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our Toronto sales team in promoting and distributing our contract furniture solutions. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the contract furniture sector.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the contract furniture industry.
· Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to deliver exceptional results consistently.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, designers, corporate clients, and project managers.
· Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales collateral, promotions, and campaigns.
· Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive business growth and market penetration.
· Stay aware of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and product offerings.
· Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
· Experience in sales management within the contract furniture or related industry.
· Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative sales strategies.
· Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
