Job Description
A driven Sales Executive is sought to develop strategic partnerships with health insurance brokers, focusing on building long-term relationships and promoting tailored benefits solutions. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, generating leads, and supporting brokers in understanding and effectively communicating the advantages of company offerings.
Responsibilities Include:
- Building and nurturing strategic relationships with health insurance brokers, positioning the company as a leading partner for consumer-directed health (CDH) solutions.
- Driving referrals and managing the full sales cycle, from presale to implementation, converting broker-generated CDH opportunities into active clients.
- Conducting regular training and support sessions for brokers to enhance their knowledge of FSA and HSA products, ensuring smooth client onboarding.
- Managing a full opportunity pipeline with a targeted close ratio of 10-15%, maintaining a schedule of at least 8 broker meetings weekly and 10 client meetings monthly.
- Collaborating on RFPs and proposals with brokers to consistently generate new business opportunities.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the health insurance or employee benefits industry.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop and maintain strategic broker partnerships.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, particularly in educating and supporting brokers.
- Proficiency in sales pipeline management with a demonstrated ability to meet established metrics.
- Knowledge of FSA/HSA or related CDH products is preferred.
