As we continue to grow, we are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Consultant to join our new team based in Tampa, FL that will help drive the expansion of TEI Group Southeast.

Position:

Regional Sales Consultant

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition and Retention:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing client to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

2. Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to set sales targets and objectives
  • Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry

3. Pipeline Management:

  • Building and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth across multiple lines of business.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities and sales activities
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the leadership team

4. Client Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and status updates to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Always answer the phone.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional sales/account management
  • Upholds a high standard of professional integrity and ethical conduct in all interactions and decisions-making processes.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on service-based industries
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic account management, client relationship development with the ability to work autonomously and effectively manage tasks without constant supervision.
  • Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator industry strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in professional Sales, Business, Marketing or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
