Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and driving revenue by identifying new opportunities and fostering strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute innovative business strategies to drive growth in new and existing markets.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential partners, stakeholders, and clients to enhance our service offerings.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential value adds that align with our mission.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our unique value proposition.
  • Networking & Outreach: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and build a robust professional network.
  • Thought Leadership: Position yourself as a thought leader in the accessibility space by sharing insights through blogs, webinars, and social media.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the finance, tax, or accessibility sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset to identify innovative solutions.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
