RealDoll Sales Representative

Abyss Creations, the world-renowned creator of the RealDoll product line, invites you to apply for our Sales Representative position. We've been handcrafting the world's most luxurious, hyper-realistic sex toys and sexual wellness products for nearly 30 years. You might have heard about us from Vanity Fair, HBO, Netflix, FX, or other popular platforms. We are a close-knit team of less than 20 people, united by our commitment to the artistry of our creations.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include fielding incoming calls, making and saving sales, email correspondence, customer service, and liaising with our production staff. You'll report to our Sales Manager post your 30-90 day training period.

Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate who has:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in selling high-end products, or some experience in the sales of adult products.
Proficiency in Windows 11, good spelling, grammar, and fluency in English.
Typing speed of 40 WPM or above.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, confidence, and charisma.
Familiarity with CallRail, Zendesk, ChatGPT, Woo Commerce, Intercom, and Metorik is desirable but not required.
Punctuality and reliability, with dependable transportation.
Legal US Citizenship.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Minimum age of 18 years.
Basic math skills and a strong work ethic.

Schedule

We are offering both full-time (Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm) and part-time positions (3 days a week, negotiable). This role is not remote and requires you to work on-site.

Compensation

Depending on your experience and the position, we offer up to $18 per hour. Full-time positions post probation are offered health insurance (Vision/Dental), 5 paid sick days, paid holidays, and vacation after a year.
