POSITION TITLE:
Client Success / Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Director of Learning and Assurance, the permanent full-time position of Client Success / Learning Management System Administrator is responsible for:
Client Success - Electronic Health & Safety Management System Administration and Consultation / Support with members (25%). Learning Management System Configuration (Portal Administration, Training Matrix, etc) (50%)
Client Success - General (Course Bookings / setting up Zooms, Stakeholder Partnership Support, etc) (20%)
L&D (Client Administration, Technical Support/Troubleshooting (Log-In issues, LMS Errors, Records Management, Approved BIS Coordination, etc)) - (5%)
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Post-secondary education with emphasis on administrative skills - Required Bachelor degree in Education or Business - Desired
A combination of experience and education may be considered.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Client service excellence
MS Office Software Suite – Teams, Sharepoint, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Explorer, Excel Proficiency in eLearning course design platforms (Adobe Articulate, iSpring, etc.) - Desired
PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE:
3 Years Experience configuring, and deploying LMS to various clients - Desired 3 Years Experience training users how to use a LMS - Desired
3 Years Customer success experience - Required Invoicing experience is an asset
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS, PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS, etc.:
Online & adult learning & education - Desired
Experience with video editing and eLearning or similar software (Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, etc.) - Desired Institute for performance and learning - Desired

LMS SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION:
Ability to articulate and provide training and consultation to members and staff on Learning Management System operation administration Develops resources to train and support learners on how to effectively use the Learning Management System
Ensures online training projects run smoothly and all parties have required information
Assesses LMS and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, suggesting enhancements and providing feedback on usage, trends and defects

Ensure timely enrollment and processing of learners, timely processing of certificates, rosters and invoices. Ensure proper portal enrollment and invoicing completed
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY:
Ability to assign maximum 100 online course codes without further approval As indicated within the Financial, Legal and Purchase Authorities Matrix

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Office environment, minimal travel required
Some travel to member/client sites which may require adherence with their Site Access Policies (i.e. orientation, PPE, drug and alcohol testing etc).
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DUTIES:
Responsible for LMS course deployment and administration.
Administer AMHSA's own Training Matrix, produce monthly training gap reports to Senior Leadership. Champion Municipal Portal Development including Business development for Digital Forms & Course Hosting. Troubleshoot and coach, as a liase between BIS, AMHSA Team members, and clients.
Primary responsibility to configure AMHSA LMS to ensure IACET student pre, during, and post learning event standards (Element 2.1, ensuring learning materials are current and accesible, Element 2.(3)(4)(5) Communication with students prior, during, and after an eLearning or Instructor led event.
Primary responsibility to ensure CEU's are calculated within LMS for IACET courses, IACET Element 6.4. Primary responsibillity for training record issuance and management within LMS (IACET Element 8.(3)(5). Ensure accurate and timely deployment within LMS, of Evaluation of learning events (IACET Element 9.1). Assist Learning and Design team with course QA or administrative development as requested if time permits. Participation in UAT should be added to this role.
To ensure 100% CAZZ responsiveness (Customer Service front line, AMHSA Safety Inbox, Zen Desk, Zoom phone) Send outgoing mail and organize courier delivery of training materials and other material
Set up training room for in house courses.
Coordinate and Schedule training course bookings between municipalities (hosts), AMHSA virtual instructor led in house courses, and instructors.
Prepare student course materials (e.g. participant manuals, exams, handouts, evaluations) and instructor course materials (e.g. exam answer keys, exercise answers, etc.) prior to the date of the course
Manage accounts receivable by processing payments, producing invoices, transactional and monthly account reconciliations.
Invoice entry in BIS software including monthly electronic health and safety management system invoices Receipt of CC payments
Health & Safety
Work safely and ensuring co-workers are protected and working safely Attend health and safety-related training
Assist in the identification of health and safety issues and concerns; and
Participate in activities/programs initiated by AMHSA that enhance health and safety

Salary: $55,000.00-$88,640.52 per year
