This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced insurance sales professional to become part of our team. We provide comprehensive training, pre-qualified leads, and attractive incentives to reward success. The base salary is a competitive $37,440, with additional commissions and bonuses depending on performance. Those who are proficient in their role can look forward to potentially making up to an impressive $55,000 annually. The commission structure that is in place is a great way to reward hard work and persistence, while also incentivizing sales staff to strive for higher performance.

If you have a strong track record of success in the sales industry and possess exceptional telephone skills, we can provide you with the necessary education, training, and support needed to transition quickly into the insurance sector with promising results. Our entry-level sales position offers a competitive starting salary of $37,440 as well as opportunities for advancement within the company. Responsibilities
- Follow-up on leads generated from warm leads and other lead sources
- Continue to look for and recognize opportunities to cross-sell/account rounding.
- Actively listen to the clients objections and concerns. Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally.
- Explain the benefits of the product or service and how it can address their specific concerns.
- Utilize excellent relationship-building talents and create trust with the client. Ensure transparency, honesty, and empathy in interactions.
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
Requirements
- Property and Casualty License Required.
- 1+ years of demonstrated success in sales
- 1+ years of phone sales experience
- Basic computer software knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt
