In this position you would be responsible for selling vehicles while achieving and
maintaining appropriate levels of gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction.
You would report directly to the BDC Manager.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required
- Minimum 1 year of Automotive Service BDC Service experience (Preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of working experience of over the phone customer service experience
- Excellent telephone, writing and typing skills
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must have a drive, passion and confidence to be successful
- Professional appearance and work ethic a must
- Bilingual, (Preferred but not necessary)
- Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Valid driver's license
Essential Duties, but not limited to:
- Follow up with prospective customers in response to their email on our website.
- Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
- Provides administrative assistance as needed.
- Manages all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when needed.
- Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
- Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer.
- Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers.
- Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealerships standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
- Provide service management information by completion reports.
- Attend service meetings and training sessions as required.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Periodically conduct physical inventory of merchandise.
