We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Duties
- Quota Management: Meet daily quota expectations by focusing on high-impact sales activities and promoting value-added services, including compliance solutions and other revenue-generating opportunities.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and proactively reach out to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Assess customer needs and negotiate solutions, including right-sizing services, price adjustments, and resolving quality issues.
- Sales & Customer Engagement: Engage with clients by phone and email to meet sales activity targets.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Customer Records Management: Document and update customer records based on interactions to ensure accuracy and continuity.
- Retention Efforts: Work proactively to retain clients at risk of cancellation or identified as potential lost business.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, billing, collections, and sales, to deliver exceptional solutions.
- CRM Usage: Maintain accurate and effective usage of CRM and other sales applications.
- Value-Based Sales: Use value-based sales strategies to identify client needs, address service issues, clarify contract obligations, and present effective alternative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2+ years of experience in sales or account management
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
