Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, plumbing-minded and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and prospect new clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase our products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Track sales activities and report on performance using [CRM/software].
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts and maximize outreach.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in outside sales or a related field.
  • Previous experience with skilled trades, i.e. plumbing, HVAC, electrical, preferred
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
