Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Sales Representative for our Middle Tennessee location who loves the auto wholesale business, is ready to be a go getter, and willing to do the work for compensation that rewards your expertise and abilities. Only industry experienced candidates will be considered.
Field Sales Representatives are the key point of contact for dealer clients focused on retaining and growing in-lane and digital auction transactions. In this sales executive role, you will travel to client’s places of business, develop relationships, seek out and establish new accounts and retain and broaden existing client relationships.
Responsibility Overview:
- Deliver Consultative Solutions approach at the client’s place of business.
- Engage clients on an ongoing basis to sell solutions-based opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members in all departments to ensure client service and client experience is maximized
- Leverage existing relationship to create targeted marketing plans that drive results.
- Lead development opportunities with team members in marketing and sales to close growth opportunities.
- Identify client needs and opportunities and complete all open items/tasks to ensure information is up to date and transparent to all sales and operations members across the organization.
- Ensure clear accountability and communication for clients.
- Be a Self-starter comfortable working with minimal supervision in a variety of environments (i.e. client location, auto dealership, auction environment)
Education & Specialized Knowledge:
- Knowledge and understanding of auction services and solutions required
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2-5 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience, preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.
- Working knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and best practices
- Skills in communication, customer service, and relationship building.
- Automotive, auction, wholesale, internet sales/service experience preferred.
- Proven track record of growing accounts from existing base
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year base

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
