Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cricket Wireless Sales Representative to join our team. As a part of our company, you will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. This is a new franchise that offers great potential to grow with the company offering Cricket Wireless products and service. We offer an hourly base pay rate plus commission.
Responsibilities
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set up follow up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
Assist with marketing Cricket Wireless "experience" to customers
Qualifications:
Cell phone sales work experience
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Strong negotiation skills
Team player who will contribute to store and company goals
Bilingual (Spanish) required
Compensation:
This is a full-time position. Must be available to work weekends and Holidays.
